Rissa Currie

Conservation GIS Associate

Rissa joined FSM in May of 2023 to provide GIS mapping, remote sensing, and geodatabase expertise. They earned their B.S. in forestry from the University of Maine in 2023 and received the Robert I. Ashman Award. Rissa has experience with both active timber forest management and research. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, wood burning, stargazing, and exploring all that Maine has to offer.
