Attean Circle

In 2008 the Forest Society of Maine (FSM) launched the Attean Circle, a planned giving program that helps solidify the future of our organization. At that time, FSM board members took the lead in helping launch the effort and since then membership has grown to include donors of all gift levels who want to ensure they can continue to support an organization they care about. For some this takes the form of a bequest; others name FSM as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, gift annuity, or an IRA account.

Members of Attean Circle are invited to special FSM events and mailed a special biannual progress report.

FSM would like to express our appreciation if you have included FSM in your legacy.

Please print and fill out this form, or contact us if you would like to have a form mailed to you or have any questions. If you would like your planned gift to remain anonymous we will maintain your confidentiality.

Why tell FSM about your planned gift?

So you can be sure FSM…

  • is correctly identified in order to receive your gift
  • can honor your wishes for your gift
  • knows how you would like to be recognized
