Shane Barker

Development Officer

Shane Barker joined the Forest Society of Maine in June of 2024. He comes to FSM with 16 years of experience as a middle school science and math teacher and middle school administrator. Shane is joining the development team as the new Development Officer and is excited to support FSM’s mission and grow the organization. When not at work Shane loves to be outdoors skiing, hiking, biking, and birding throughout all of Maine.
