COVID19 Update for FSM

March 18, 2020 By Anna

Effective beginning 3/18/2020. Updated 7/1/2020.

Maine is beginning to reopen, and as of July 1, 2020, our offices remain closed to the public. However, you will now be able to reach someone at the office during business hours Monday through Friday, as staff alternate between the office and remote work. We are available by email and phone (207) 945-9200 so please don’t hesitate to reach out. We endeavor to continue daily operations and are making adjustments as necessary in accordance with guidelines from state and city health officials to keep our staff and their families safe and supported during these unusual times.

We appreciate your understanding as we all pull together. We also encourage you to spend time outdoors, taking in the fresh air and enjoying Maine’s incredible outdoor recreation opportunities. Most conserved lands are open and waiting for you to enjoy them but please respect all rules and other visitors. Visit FSM’s website or Maine Trail Finder to find trails near you and follow these guidelines as you hit the trail.
