Field Trips

Spring Birding Trips

The annual spring trip is typically held on Memorial

Day weekend and offers interested individuals the

opportunity to see and hear the North Woods' variety

of spring birds.

Winter Ecology Trips

FSM offers an annual winter trip with opportunities to snowshoe in the North Woods and identify animal tracks, find winter birds, and see deer wintering areas.

In addition to regular spring and winter field trips, FSM also hosts special field trips to its project lands throughout the year.

If you would like more information about these trips, or to be added to our trip announcement list, please contact the FSM office.

Outreach

FSM staff members are available to speak to your group regarding our mission, conservation easements, stewarding easement lands, or a specific project or topic with which we are working. Feel free to contact our office to discuss a possible opportunity or to request materials.
